    This multi-award-winning online management training programme will improve the capability of anyone with line management responsibility for others.


    There’s no onerous paperwork or assessments, and most of the learning can be easily integrated into the working day.


    If you already have a busy life then fear not, this programme can be completed in bite-sized chunks of just 2 x 30-minute sessions a week. If you have time for a coffee you now have time for a management development programme!

    20 online modules available on smartphone, tablet and computer... as long as you have internet you can complete the program any time, any place, anywhere

    Duration

    Set aside just 20-40 minutes per week to work through the program and be transformed in just 6-months

    OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL PROGRAM ELEMENTS...

    Practitioner Sessions


    The optional ‘Practitioner’ sessions offer a high-touch, embedding opportunity for you to work directly with others safely in small groups (typically three).


    Lead by a program tutor, the 90-minute zoom sessions offer coaching, as well as a supportive practice opportunity to distil and apply the skills gained during the program.


    You'll receive written feedback from the Tutor as well as guidance on how to develop further.

    Level 4 Qualification


    The Level 4 qualification can be gained by diligently working through the STAR® Manager programme.


    Simply complete all elements including the workplace missions and reflection exercises and you can gain a Level 4 Certificate in STAR® Operational Coaching

    Level 5 Qualification


    The Level 5 qualification can be gained by diligently working through the STAR® Manager programme PLUS completing 2 x Practitioner Sessions.


    Simply complete all elements including the workplace missions, reflection exercises practitioner sessions and you can gain a Level 5 Certificate in STAR® Operational Coaching
