Practitioner Sessions
The optional ‘Practitioner’ sessions offer a high-touch, embedding opportunity for you to work directly with others safely in small groups (typically three).
Lead by a program tutor, the 90-minute zoom sessions offer coaching, as well as a supportive practice opportunity to distil and apply the skills gained during the program.
You'll receive written feedback from the Tutor as well as guidance on how to develop further.
Level 4 Qualification
The Level 4 qualification can be gained by diligently working through the STAR® Manager programme.
Simply complete all elements including the workplace missions and reflection exercises and you can gain a Level 4 Certificate in STAR® Operational Coaching
Level 5 Qualification
The Level 5 qualification can be gained by diligently working through the STAR® Manager programme PLUS completing 2 x Practitioner Sessions.
