Practitioner Session
The optional ‘Practitioner’ session offers a high-touch, embedding opportunity for you to work directly with others safely in a small group (typically three).
Lead by a program tutor, the 90-minute zoom session offers coaching, as well as a supportive practice opportunity to distil and apply the skills gained during the program.
You'll receive written feedback from the Tutor as well as guidance on how to develop further.
Level 3 Qualification
The Level 3 qualification can be gained by diligently working through the programme.
Simply complete all elements including the workplace missions and reflection exercises and you can gain a Level 3 Award in STAR® Operational Coaching
